The White Elephant resort on Nantucket, operating for over a century, recently celebrated its 100th season with renovations and a refreshed look. The Harborside Hotel, conveniently located near town, now features a prominent 16-foot painting by artist Orit Fuchs depicting a woman rowing past the hotel. Known affectionately as "Elizabeth," after the resort's founder, this artwork is part of a new collection curated by New York-based art consultant Emily Santangelo. The resort's redesign, led by designer Elizabeth Lowrey of Elkus Manfredi Architects, draws inspiration from Nantucket's natural beauty and maritime history, aiming to immerse guests in an authentic island experience.

In the lobby of 201 Brookline, a phase two project nearing completion and connected to 401 Park, a colossal mural by Portuguese street artist Vhils celebrates local landmarks and influential women in science. Vhils carved images into plaster layered over the original brick walls, depicting figures like Red Cross founder Clara Barton. According to designer Elizabeth Lowrey, the mural serves as a celebration of the neighborhood, women's achievements, success, and progress.

77 Charlton in Hudson Square, strategically located at the intersection of Tribeca, Soho, and the West Village in New York City, targets millennial home buyers. As a unique feature, Toll Brothers City Living commissioned a lively mural titled "Pool Party" by Timothy Curtis for the building's indoor pool area. Inspired by street art, the artwork aims to evoke the energetic atmosphere of Philadelphia public pools, adding vibrancy to the space, according to art consultant Santangelo.

A Toll Brothers City Living project in New York City. This 19 story structure was designed in collaboration by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Hill West Architects with Whitehall Interiors overseeing the buildings interior design. The interior courtyard is a private oasis for residents in the heart of TriBeca. A site specific sculpture by artist, John Clement, weightlessly floats within an infinity edge pool. The lobby features a 9ft painting by Cuban American artist, Emilio Perez, while the amenity space includes the playful works of emerging artist, Timmy Sneaks.
