A Toll Brothers City Living project in New York City. This 19 story structure was designed in collaboration by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Hill West Architects with Whitehall Interiors overseeing the buildings interior design. The interior courtyard is a private oasis for residents in the heart of TriBeca. A site specific sculpture by artist, John Clement, weightlessly floats within an infinity edge pool. The lobby features a 9ft painting by Cuban American artist, Emilio Perez, while the amenity space includes the playful works of emerging artist, Timmy Sneaks.
